A-1 Communication Systems was founded in Vancouver, Washington in 1991 by Steven G. Tubbs. He had an idea to give personalized service to the Hotel and Motel owners of the Northwest. Not just great long distance rates, and the installation and repair of telephone systems, but to share an all-around knowledge of the telecommunication industry; including but not limited to discount long distance, working with local phone companies, toll restriction and fraud control, call accounting systems, auto attendants and of course new and refurbished Hotel/Motel telephone systems and parts.

A-1 Communication Systems started the "free tech support for your telephone system" that has been copied by other companies in America. We are familiar with Mitel, Lucent, AT&T, Comdial and other PBX telephone systems, digital and analog. A-1 Communication Systems is now located in the Portland Oregon area and still owned and operated by Steven G. Tubbs, with help from his good friend, Manish Patel, who is well known and respected in the community.
